Aldie started playing guitar for two reasons:
1. Because he loved music
2. Because he thought it would make him more popular with girls.
He’s gave up on the second reason after short but surprisingly effective period 🙂
Now after decades as a musician and music teacher he has helped thousands of developing musicians to enjoy playing and performing their music … and he has developed very useful and effective methods which help people to express the music that’s already inside them. He has also created accelerated methods of learning guitar that he is going to pass on by creating a YouTube channel. It is called ‘Owning The Fretboard’
As far as his personal creativity goes, he no longer plays music for other people to like. He produces music that he loves and if other people like it too, he’s thrilled and appreciative.
When jamming and song writing with Mr C, the band were asked to put together a set of songs for a ‘bikers night’ at a local pub. They discovered quite quickly that they could locate precious few songs that actually celebrated the biking experience… so as a band they decided to create the genre themselves. And they’re lovin’ it.
Aldie’s attitude towards the band’s music is, “If you like it, hop on. Let’s go for a ride. If not … we still love ya!”
